Has anyone heard news on Mule Years Eve at The Beacon? I think we usually have some details by now but I have not seen anything yet. Thanks for sharing any news.

I'm in with pre-sale tix for MYE Lower Balc A which is a good place to be.
Now the question of the theme remains.

As devil's advocate of sorts, I think theme should be part of original announcement...

They wouldn't be doing "After The Flood" , the Dylan/Band Greatest Hits record of the 70's, would they??? The Waybacks did that 2 years ago for the Album Hour at Merlefest.

Since we had The Band included in last year's set, while great tunes, it would be just a tad repetitive.

Do you mean the "Before The Flood" live album with Dylan and the Band?

I was just making sure there wasn't some obscure album that I hadn't heard of.

Isn't it usually confirmed by now what the theme will be? The photo certainly makes you think Dylan, but I thought it would also be formally announced in advance at some point.

Looks like Prince and Bowie.
Top hat might be Leon Russell??

Gov't Mule will once again close out the year with a special performance at New York City's The Beacon Theatre on Saturday, December 31st.

If the top hat is for Leon Russell, could the flashlight resemble Leonard Cohen?
