| SkyPuppy | LPSL, this is one of the 55 Reissues Gibson put out, but I never heard it called Desert burst. It is from the guitar Duane used to close the Fillmore in June '71, not from the March shows when the Album was recorded..that was his cherry burst. |

| LIBob | that the '59 reissue was a vintage sunburst with a maple flametop. The LP that he traded his goldtop for & played at the Fillmore concerts appears to have been a heritage cherry sunburst with a maple plaintop but could very well have been a desertburst. |
