nitelite51One friend of mine got to play Duane's LP. The Brothers had an open day and just showed up, set up on the lawn and played for hours. This is how I got into the ABB - my friends were blown away.
tonewoodsOK, after much searching over the years, I've finally figured out the date on this one.... This, from the UC Riverside listing of important dates: "Jan. 24, 1970 -- The Allman Brothers Band spend the afternoon playing soulful rock on the grassy knoll
tonewoods near the bell tower. Crowd size varies all day." This date also jives with the fact that the night before they played the Whiskey in LA. No Gregg vocals--his voice was shot... Berry sang "Oh Pretty Woman" and "Hootchie Coochie Man", and I also remembe
