This photo was taken by Great Speckled Bird (underground newspaper) staffer Luci Diamond the weekend before Labor Day, 1970 in Piedmont Park, Atlanta, GA. Sunday Jam, which had been organized & ran by The River People (Band & Commune) since early 1969. The Jam that day was in the Picnic Pavillion down by the lake. Bands jamming that day were ABB, The River People Band (RPB), Goose Creek Symphony & Cactus. The equipment behind ABB is not all theirs and the drummer IS NOT BUTCH, that's Goose Creek's drummer. All equipment was set up ahead of time, so if anyone from another band wanted to jump in, they could which is what Duane & Dickey did, jumped in w/Goose Creek ...for instance, the dual Fender Showman Heads on top of the Kustom 4x15 bottom behind Duane was my old fav live setup...Trap set belongs to Goose Creek Symphony & Gretch Tennessean being played by Dickey belonged to Dale
