Kudos to my Philadelphia Eagles. After hearing that the majority of the team declined the invitation, Trump gets offended and cancels the visit, lol. E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!! Fly Eagles Fly!

Funny how Trump likes to cancel sports team visits after they said they say aren't coming. Has their ever been a sports team before Trump that didn't want to visit the Whitehouse and meet the president?

Below are the words of Philly Mayor Kenney who had nothing but kind words for patriot Don.

“Disinviting them from the White House only proves that our President is not a true patriot, but a fragile egomaniac obsessed with crowd size and afraid of the embarrassment of throwing a party to which no one wants to attend”.

Adam Schefter reported that less than 10 players were going to attend and all were white. I’d cancel too if I were him. Go Birds!

The right thing for the president would be not to say anything but of course, he always has to make any slight about him. I'm surprised he didn't blame President Obama.

Personally, I don't care for these visits by professional sports teams to the White House. There's plenty of more important things to deal with (plus there's a cost involved) rather than jock sniffing by political leaders and sports figures. The teams should spend their resources and time playing sports with kids instead. The politicians should be working making the country better and more efficient.

Yup. They were kneeling in prayer. Strange that we kneel in prayer to show respect, but seen as the opposite when it’s about our national anthem. To each’s own I guess.

Today at 3pm will be a ceremony. Lets see if the turnout will be as low as you all hope or if there will be a larger one

FoxNews eats a turd sandwich over fake pictures of Eagles protesting during the anthem, when in fact:

"To clarify, no members of the team knelt in protest during the national anthem throughout regular or post-season last year. We apologize for the error."

Fascinating. They fact that no Eagles players were even involved in the on-field protests makes their protest of Trump even more significant.

If you ever needed proof that Fox News is nothing other than a source of Trump propaganda.

Talk about showing disrespect a players religious freedom, the flag, and the country. Fox News should not only be ashamed of themselves, but they should be sued. Talk about the kings of Fake News.

You see this as a competition? LOL! Get a life bro. Who gives a sh*t. Less than 10 people RSVP’d. This reminds me of my nephews arguing about toys, “no, mine is better, no mine is.”

Not sure how bigly the crowd was, but it was an embarrassment to our country watching Trump stand up there and clearly not know the lyrics to "God Bless America." That should be a requirement to be president. #falsepatriotism

You drinketh from the cup of Sean Spicer? Remember this one - apply to today's Trump celebration?

"This was the largest audience to ever witness an inauguration, period," Spicer said.

Today at his bigly flag ceremony, Trump showed thst he doesn’t know the words to God Bless America. He has previously shown that he doesn’t know the words to The Star Spangled banner. I would bet that every NFL player knows the words to both songs.

But those who kneel are disrespectful.

Saw something today that said Trump will make the National Anthem a campaign issue for mid term elections. He can pretend to drape himself in the anthem & in the flag, but it doesn't change who he is - a divider and racist. Let those running for office who tie themselves to Trump's coattails & agenda suffer the consequences of being sheep.

Trump's racism is contagious. MAGA one sports league at a time - Trumpster brings America together.

LeBron James, Stephen Curry agree: NBA champions won't visit White House.

He got the idea to cancel from the Fox News story. Guaranteed.

If I was an NFL, NBA, NHL or whatever athlete from a Championship team who had deep disagreement and resentment towards the President, I would use the opportunity to be face-to-face with the President to express some views. Wouldn't that serve a better purpose than simply not going?

In concept seems like a good idea, but if these athletes were in the king's presence & attempted to express views face-to-face, I'll bet that would be shut down immediately.

Interesting in that both teams in the NBA finals already said last week they wouldn't go to the White House. Then yesterday or so Russian Don said that the NBA champs wouldn't be invited. Guess he got out in front of that one.

As time moves forward expect fewer & fewer champs to want to attend the WH due to its current occupant and his confrontational and racial statements towards athletes, as well as his view on racial & social issues / injustices.

Trump doesn't even listen to his top advisors. Seems like the only one he listens to is Kim Kardasian.

Trump doesn't even listen to his top advisors. Unless you're a Kardasian, he doesn't consider you qualified to talk to him.

You forgot Hannity who talks / advises G7 Outcast Don several times a week. One works for a fake propaganda news network and the other spouts what the propaganda network espouses. It's a marriage made for reality TV.

And not to forget - Russian Don & Hannity share Michael Cohen, The Fixer as their "lawyer".

I got a laugh from this. Because I've been out of the country for a while and football season has been over for a while (this being June), I came to this thread thinking Eagles meant the band - The Eagles who are touring w/James Taylor in DC this summer. I was intrigued as to how Trump could find a way to feud with a band. He's old enough for both The Eagles & Taylor to have at least been on the radio during his youth, but I'd never imagined that Trump even listened to music much less cared about it. So, I got it wrong. Maybe he SHOULD listen to music - soothing the savage beast & all that.
